Tasting note:

Intense, black cherry colour, with violet glints. Violets, redcurrants, cherry and coffee dominate the nose. Round, balanced and aroma to redcurrants, blueberries and blackberries in the mouth.

Serving temperature:

Best served at between 16º - 17º C.

Wine-pairing:

This wine pairs well with any types of meats, specially suckling pig and hunting meat, cold meat and sheep’s milk cheese.
