Cata Cachirulo Rojo:
Color: Ruby red, very intense.
Nose: The nuances of red fruits and a slight aroma of spices stand out. At the end we found a nice note of violet.
Mouth: Very expressive wine, with body and deep that contrasts with the softness and velvet that surrounds our mouth.
Serving temperature and pairing:
We suggest that it be served at a temperature of 16ºC - 18ºC, as an accompaniment to snacks and red meats.
Cata Cachirulo Verde:
Color: Garnet red. Clean and bright.
Nose: Good aromatic intensity with notes reminiscent of currant and blackberry. Final nuance to spices.
Palate: Structured, balanced and round wine. With pleasant and long aftertaste that gives it a great elegance.
Serving temperature and pairing:
We suggest that it be served at a temperature of 14ºC and 16ºC, as an accompaniment to snacks, red meats and roasts.
Cata Cachirulo Morado:
Color: Cherry red, very bright.
Nose: The notes of blackberries and red fruits stand out. With a great aromatic intensity.
Palate: Very elegant wine, with body and structured. The power in the mouth joins the softness offered by tannin.
Serving temperature and pairing:
We suggest that it be served at a temperature of 14ºC and 16ºC, as an accompaniment to meats and cheeses.
