Tasting note:

Cherry colour with maroon hints. Fruity aroma complemented with a touch of wood. Good structure and strong in mouth. It reveals aromas to raspberries and liquorice.

Serving temperature:

Best served at between 16º - 17º C.

Wine-pairing:

This wine pairs very well with mild and spicy meat dishes. It is also ideal to blue fish and pasta with strong tomato or spicy sauce.
