SZ fiberglass plastic self-priming chemical pump

A horizontal, self-priming centrifugal pump manufactured from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) engineered for reliable transfer of corrosive, non‑oxidizing liquids. The wet-end is produced by high-temperature molding of polyvinyl butanal modified phenolic glass fiber, delivering a light-weight, high-strength housing with excellent corrosion and temperature resistance for industrial chemical service.

Key features

• Self-priming centrifugal design with up to 4 m suction lift — eliminates the need for a bottom check valve when the pump body is pre-filled, simplifying piping and installation.
• Corrosion-resistant FRP construction suitable for many non-oxidizing acids and corrosive media (examples: hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, butyric acid) provided liquids contain no solids, are not prone to crystallization, and have temperatures ≤ 100 °C.
• External WB2 (F4 corrugated) mechanical seal — externally mounted for easier maintenance; designed for long service life and to provide reliable sealing in aggressive chemical environments.
• Compact, serviceable design: smooth operation, high efficiency, easy maintenance and long operational life.
• Two drive connection options: close (direct) coupling or shaft coupling to suit plant layouts and motor arrangements.
