Supply ASTM A192 Seamless Tubes

Seamless carbon-steel boiler tubes manufactured to ASTM A192 for high-pressure, high-temperature service. These tubes are produced as seamless (SA192/A192) boiler and superheater tubes with controlled wall thickness and mechanical properties to meet demanding steam and heat-transfer applications.

• Standards: ASTM A192. Equivalent standards often referenced: EN 10216-2, DIN 17175, BS 3059 Part II, NF A 49-213, NBR 5594
• Construction: Seamless carbon-steel boiler/superheater tubes for high-pressure applications
• Mechanical & quality tests: Flattening test, flaring test, hardness test and hydrostatic (hydro) testing performed after manufacture to ensure conformity
• Performance: Engineered for high tensile and yield strength with controlled elongation for reliable service under cyclic and high-pressure conditions

Available dimensions & options

• Nominal sizes: NPS 1/8" to 20"
• Pipe schedules: SCH 10, SCH 40, SCH STD, SCH 80, SCH XS through SCH 160 and SCH XXS
• Lengths: Single random length (SRL), double random length (DRL), or fixed lengths (20 ft / 6 m and 40 ft / 12 m)
• End finishes: Plain, beveled, or customized end preparation to client requirements

Surface protection & coatings

• Epoxy coatings: 3PE or FBE
• Other finishes: Black paint, varnish, anti-rust oil
• Galvanization: Zinc coating option (commonly supplied with coating weight up to 550 g/m2)

Packaging & delivery

• Tubes supplied in hexagonal or round bundles, securely strapped with steel bands
• Bundles receive final surface protection and finishing for transit and storage
• Special sizes or dimensions can be manufactured to customer specification
