SA572 Grade 65 [450] hot rolled plate in China

High-strength, low-alloy structural steel plate manufactured to A572 Grade 65 [450] properties. This hot-rolled plate provides a minimum yield strength of 450 MPa (65 ksi) in thicknesses up to 380 mm, making it suitable for heavy structural applications where strength and weldability are required.

Quality, testing and delivery

• Supplied according to standard practice for structural A572 material. For products produced from coil and furnished without heat treatment or with stress-relief only, additional requirements and tests may apply (see relevant specification A6/A6M or purchaser-specified testing regimes).
• Mill test certificates, chemical and mechanical test reports can be supplied on request. Additional testing (charpy impact, notch toughness, ultrasonic or other NDT) available when negotiated.

Processing and value-added services

• Available services: cutting, welding, grinding, bending, turning and drilling to customer drawings or specifications
• Custom sizes, edge preparation and surface treatments can be arranged for project requirements
