Fluoropolymer-lined full-bore check valve designed for reliable uni-directional flow control in corrosive and chemical process lines. The valve uses a floating solid PTFE ball that lifts under normal flow to allow full-port passage and returns to its seat under reverse flow to prevent backflow. A three-piece straight-body construction with complete FEP/PFA/PTFE interior lining eliminates metal-to-media contact for maximum corrosion resistance and long service life.

Operation
Under forward flow the PTFE ball is displaced from the seat allowing unobstructed flow through the full-bore passage. On flow reversal the ball is forced back into its seat, creating a tight shutoff to prevent backflow. The fully lined design prevents wetted metal surfaces, eliminating corrosion and product contamination.
