Premium carbon steel pipes manufactured for low-temperature and general-purpose industrial applications. Produced to meet ASTM A333 Grade 6 requirements, these pipes are available in seamless and welded constructions and are supplied to common international specifications including ASTM, DIN, EN, JIS, BS, API and GB.
Key features
- Material & grade: Carbon and alloy steels conforming to ASTM A333 Grade 6; alternate/comparable grades offered on request (e.g., A53 Gr A, A106 Gr B and other listed grades).
- Constructions: Seamless and welded options to suit different pressure and fabrication needs.
- Size range: Outer diameters from 1/8" up to 36" (OD). Wall thickness available across schedules from SCH5 through XXS (extra extra strong).
- Lengths: Standard commercial lengths for container shipping—typically 8 m for 20' containers and 6–12 m for 40' containers; custom-cut lengths may be arranged per order.
- Mechanical & quality testing: Pipes can be supplied with tensile tests, impact tests, hydrostatic tests, nondestructive electric testing and other factory tests per specification. Third-party inspection services available (BV, SGS, Lloyd’s, DNV, CCS and others).
