macerated for 28 days in I deposit stainless steel wine
remains in oak barrels for 12 months after it is bottled and
it's still a minimum of 6 months in the bottle before it goes on the market
Cherry colour bean balance black currante tones on a good palate
structure and persistence
This wine comes from vines that do not reach 20 years of age
age, but they all come from our vines that are of great quality
