RCB insulation jacket gear oil pump

Insulated heat-preservation gear oil pump designed to keep viscous or temperature-sensitive liquids at a controlled temperature during transfer. The pump features a hollow thermal jacket with inlet and outlet flanges so oil, steam or hot water can be circulated for heating or cooling the pump body and pumped liquid. This helps prevent crystallization or solidification, reduces required starting torque and maintains lubricity and flowability in demanding process conditions.

Operating parameters and recommended use

• Service temperature: up to 350 °C (media-dependent)
• Viscosity range: nominally 5 cSt to 1,500 cSt (use gearbox drive when >1,500 cSt)
• Media: corrosive or non-corrosive liquids that are prone to solidification/crystallization; typical examples include chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical and filling liquids, food and cosmetic ingredients, pesticides, detergents, printing & dyeing liquids, brewing liquids, resins and adhesives, and asphalt
• Avoid pumping liquids that contain abrasive or large solid particles
