CWF Marine sewage crushing centrifugal pump

CWF series Marine sewage crushing pump is an open impeller centrifugal discharge pump. It is used for crushing and transporting soft sewage in domestic sewage with temperature below 85 degree Celsius. The diameter of the solid particles after circulating and crushing is no more than 5mm. The pump is also suitable for Marine heavy oil solidification and crushing at low temperature, which is convenient for injection.

CWF series marine crushing pump is centrifugal pump with open impeller and adopts new patented technology. In the impeller and pump inlet is with a blade to crush impurity in sewage. The impeller back is with short blade back in order to balance the axial force generated by the pump.

Pump shaft seal is with double skeleton oil seal, through the pump body on the oil cup can be timed with lubricating oil to seal.  Type B pumps are sealed with mechanical seals.

The connection between the pump body is for 1:5 taper with 4 stud solid, in order to carry out the pump inspection and dismantling can be easily removed from the pump, and the human body is not easy to contact with dirt, the connection uses 0 rubber sealing ring.

CWF series marine sewage centrifugal pumps are equipped with Marine motors, which are directly connected to pump body. The pump rotates clockwise from the suction direction of the pump.
