Chinese Supplier of ABS EH36 Offshore Steel Plates

High-strength ABS Grade EH36 shipbuilding steel plate engineered for demanding marine and offshore applications. EH36 is a high-yield, structural alloy plate specified for hulls, decks and offshore structures where enhanced toughness and weldability are required. Equivalent classification designations include LR EH36, CCS EH36, BV EH36, GL-E36, NV E36 and RINA EH36.

• Mechanical performance: yield strength ≈ 355 MPa (51,000 psi); ultimate tensile strength typically 490–620 MPa (71,000–90,000 psi).
• Plate thickness range: 4 mm up to 260 mm (available sizes depend on process and grade).
• Typical sizes: widths from 1,200 mm and lengths from 3,000 mm (custom cut-to-length and special sizes available on request).
• Delivery conditions: AR (as-rolled), TMCP (thermo-mechanical control process), Q+T (quenching & tempering), N (normalized), CR (control-rolled).
• Processing & testing services: hot-rolled, control-rolled, TMCP, normalized, quenched & tempered; impact testing (Z15, Z25) and full mechanical/chemical testing per classification requirements.

Certificates & inspection
