- Format: whole boletus, cleaned and classified by quality. Bulk supply or in packaging adapted to B2B orders (boxes, trays or bags according to requirement).
- Qualities:
- Extra: uniform pieces, impeccable appearance, suitable for high-end markets and restaurants.
- 1st: good appearance, small imperfections accepted, suitable for distribution and processing.
- 2nd: pieces with irregularities or mixed sizes, optimal for industrial use or processing.
- Availability: fresh during season; frozen and available all year round to guarantee continuous supply.
- Storage: fresh stored refrigerated; frozen stored at appropriate freezing temperatures to maintain texture and aroma (exact conditions and shelf life will be agreed according to batch and transport).
- Recommended uses: hospitality (hotels, restaurants, catering), wholesale distributors, food processors and producers of preserves or prepared foods.
- Traceability and documentation: certificates and sanitary/commercial documentation can be provided according to buyer requirements and applicable regulations.
- Commercial terms: minimum quantities, price and delivery terms negotiable according to volume and destination. We offer recurring supply for seasonal or annual contracts.
