Whole boletus mushrooms available fresh in season and frozen year-round. We offer three grades to meet diverse commercial requirements: Extra, 1st, and 2nd quality.

  • Format: Whole boletus, cleaned and sorted by quality. Supplied in bulk or in packaging tailored to B2B orders (boxes, trays, or bags upon request).
  • Qualities:
    • Extra: Uniform pieces, impeccable appearance, suitable for high-end markets and fine dining.
    • 1st: Good appearance with minor acceptable imperfections, suitable for retail and processing.
    • 2nd: Pieces with irregularities or mixed sizes, optimal for industrial use or food manufacturing.
  • Availability: Fresh during the season; frozen and available year-round to ensure a constant supply.
  • Storage: Keep fresh items refrigerated; store frozen items at appropriate freezing temperatures to maintain texture and aroma (specific conditions and shelf life to be agreed upon based on batch and transport).
  • Recommended uses: Hospitality (hotels, restaurants, catering), wholesale distributors, food processors, and producers of canned or prepared foods.
  • Traceability and documentation: Certificates and sanitary/commercial documentation can be provided according to the buyer's requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Commercial terms: Minimum quantities, pricing, and delivery terms are negotiable based on volume and destination. We offer recurring supply for seasonal or annual contracts.
