Thermo‑mechanically rolled fine‑grain structural steel plate supplied to EN 10025‑4. S275M is a weldable structural steel grade with a specified minimum yield strength of 275 MPa at ambient temperature and with required impact toughness values specified at −20 °C under the EN 10025‑4 standard. The TMCP (Thermo‑Mechanical Controlled Process) manufacturing route gives improved mechanical properties and consistent toughness compared with conventional hot‑rolled plates of the same grade.
