High-strength structural steel sections manufactured to EN 10025-4 for low-temperature service. This range includes S275MLH square tube and S275M angle bar and U-channel (U section) supplied in the thermomechanically-rolled condition to ensure improved toughness and consistent mechanical properties at reduced temperatures.

Key features

  • Conforms to EN 10025-4 (low temperature structural steels).
  • Thermomechanically rolled (TMR) delivery condition for controlled microstructure and toughness.
  • S275 grade — nominal minimum yield strength ~275 MPa, designed for structural applications.
  • Available profiles: square hollow sections (square tube), L-shaped angle bars, and U-shaped channels.
  • Typical uses: building and civil structures, bridges, rail infrastructure, offshore and cold-environment structures, frames and supports where low-temperature toughness is required.

Commercial and quality details

  • Supplied with standard mill test certificates and quality documentation on request (chemical and mechanical test reports, impact testing as required by EN 10025-4).
  • Surface finish and end preparation suitable for fabrication; additional services such as cutting to length, drilling, galvanizing or painting can usually be arranged per project requirements.
  • Available in multiple sizes and thicknesses; contact supplier for dimensional range, lead times and minimum order quantities.

Benefits

  • Engineered for reliable performance in low-temperature environments.
  • Good weldability and machinability for standard structural fabrication processes.
  • Consistent, certified material supply for large-scale and repeat projects.

For project quotes, please specify the profile (square tube / angle / U channel), dimensions (section size, wall/thickness), required length, quantity and any additional processing or certification needs.
