ZA,ZAO petrochemical process pump

Horizontal, axial-suction, single-stage centrifugal pump engineered for industrial process applications. The ZA series is built for reliable transfer of a wide range of liquids encountered in petrochemical, refinery, power, offshore and general process industries — including clean liquids, low- and high-temperature fluids, liquids containing solids, and many flammable, explosive or corrosive medias.

Key features

• Horizontal, axial-suction, single-stage / single-suction centrifugal design for stable operation and straightforward maintenance.
• Broad performance envelope: nominal diameters DN 25–400 mm, flowrates from 2 to 2,600 m3/h, heads from 5 to 300 m, and design pressures up to 2.5 MPa.
• Rated liquid temperature range: -20 °C to 180 °C.
• Flexible shaft sealing options: traditional packing box (with cooling/heating jacket connections) or mechanical seals (single or double end designs). Mechanical seal installations can be supplied with cooling, flushing or external barrier/seal fluid systems as required by the process.
• Robust bearing and shaft arrangements suitable for continuous industrial duty (specific bearing arrangements and materials are available to match application requirements).
