Product description

Tasting SheetLimestone vineyards of low fertility character in which low productivity has been sought. A process of passification is carried out in the same strain in which the health is controlled through the elimination of the suspicious clusters that improve the ventilation of the rest. The manual harvest is delayed, at least, until November.

  • Elaboration: light maceration and selective preying. Slow fermentation until it stops by excess alcohol itself.
  • Aging: lasts up to two years in French oak fudres of 1,500 liters.
  • Tasting: Intense garnet color, closed and without transparency. thick. The nose is intense, sweet, floral and with certain ketone notes. In the mouth it is corpulent, fatty and with a mild sweet taste. Certain tannic sensations, good pace and length.
  • Consumption:advisable to take it at medium low temperature of (18 - 20 C). Due to those sweet sensations and at the same time powerful structure is good complement for fatty foods in appetizers (patees, cheeses, etc.) and also with desserts based on cheese boards and choco- lates. In the snack with pastas is a temptation.
