UHB-ZK Mortar slurry pump

A cantilever-type, single-stage single-suction centrifugal mortar pump engineered for corrosive and abrasive slurries. Flow-wetted components use a steel shell lined with ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) to combine the mechanical strength of steel with UHMWPE’s excellent chemical resistance and wear performance.

Key features

• Construction: cantilever, semi-open impeller and enlarged flow passages to minimize clogging and allow particles and impurities to pass through the pump chamber without blockage.
• Lined materials: steel body with UHMWPE lining (PVC mould manufacturing process) for high corrosion and wear resistance.
• Shaft sealing: K-type fluorine-rubber sealing ring with cooling water jacket for improved seal life in corrosive environments.
• Pump type: single-stage, single-suction centrifugal mortar/slurry pump designed to convey corrosive liquids, slurries and media that tend to crystallize.

Performance and application

• Suitable media: acidic and alkaline clear liquids and slurries, including sulfuric acid (up to 80% concentration), nitric acid (up to 50%), hydrochloric acid and various salts and alkalis.
• Temperature range: continuous operation from -20 °C to 90 °C.
• Typical industries: rare-metal smelting, chemical processing, food sprinkling and other applications requiring corrosion- and wear-resistant slurry handling.
