EN S235J0W steel

S235J0W is a weathering (atmospheric corrosion resistant) structural steel supplied to the EN 10025-5 standard. It is a hot‑rolled non-alloy steel grade designed to develop a protective oxide patina in outdoor exposure, reducing the need for paint coatings in many structural applications.

• Grade designation S235 indicates a nominal minimum yield strength of approximately 235 MPa
• Supplied hot‑rolled according to EN 10025-5 with chemical composition and mechanical property verification
• Suitable for structural applications exposed to the atmosphere where reduced maintenance and aesthetic patinas are desired
