NW low pressure heater drainage pump horizontal multistage centrifugal

A horizontal, multistage centrifugal drainage pump engineered for low-pressure heater service in power plants. The NW series is designed to reliably remove condensate and drainage from low-pressure heaters with excellent NPSH performance, making it suitable where available NPSH is limited.

• Intended application: condensate/drainage service for low-pressure heaters in thermal and power station installations.

Construction and serviceability

• Stator (pump casing and cover): bolted construction forming the pumping chamber for easy access and inspection.
• Rotor assembly: shaft, impellers, inducer and replaceable shaft sleeves on both shaft ends to protect the shaft and simplify repairs.
• Bearings: rolling bearings with pressurized lubricating oil supply for durable support of the rotor under continuous operation.
• Shaft sealing options: packing seal or mechanical seal.
  • Packing seal uses pumped liquid for sealing, cooling and lubrication via the pump’s internal pressure.
  • Mechanical seal is available with a gland and uses rinsing liquid supplied from the pressurized pump liquid.
