Jxf Fluoroplastic Liner Axial Flow Pump

Axial-flow chemical pump with PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) fluoropolymer-lined wet parts engineered for continuous service with highly corrosive and oxidizing liquids. The JXF fluoroplastic-lined axial pump combines full fluoropolymer wetted components and a robust steel-lined body to deliver long service life where metallic and ceramic pumps fail.

• Wetted parts manufactured from high-quality PFA fluoroplastic for outstanding chemical resistance against nitric, sulfuric, hydrochloric and phosphoric acids and other strong oxidizers.
• Fluoropolymer lining on steel-lined compound pump bodies exceeds 10 mm in thickness; for certain lined body designs the fluorine/plastic lining thickness can exceed 25 mm, providing exceptional abrasion resistance.
• Operating temperature range: continuous service from -30°C to +150°C. For concentrated waste acids, maximum recommended temperature is 130°C. (PFA melting point ~360°C.)
• Excellent wear resistance: special drying and pressing process and inner-wall treatment deliver industry-leading resistance to ferrous sulfate abrasion.
• Improved mechanical performance vs. ceramic or high-silicon cast iron pumps: fluoroplastic impellers and components offer impact tolerance and self-lubrication, reducing risk of cracking and brittle failure.
• Lightweight design: impeller, pump cover and shaft sleeve made from fluoropolymer reduce rotor weight and make disassembly, inspection and repair faster and safer.
