Compact, food-grade sanitary electric double-diaphragm pump engineered for hygienic transfer of liquids in beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, food processing, meat, cosmetics, condiment and daily-chemical applications. The pump’s wetted components are manufactured from stainless steel (SS304 / SS316 / SS316L) and finished to hygienic standards for easy cleaning and long service life.
Key features and benefits:
- Hygienic stainless-steel flow path: all liquid-wetted parts are stainless steel to meet sanitary food-grade requirements.
- Precision-cast components: smooth, high-strength surfaces that reduce dead space and improve cleanability.
- High-quality valve balls: machined for superior roundness and sealing performance to minimise leakage and improve volumetric efficiency.
- Optimised diaphragm travel: engineered stroke length reduces stress on the diaphragm for extended life.
- Robust sealing and suction: four-bolt connection design provides reliable sealing; dry suction capability up to 0–4 m (depending on installation).
- Modular cover design: three-section upper/lower covers allow flexible installation and easier maintenance.
- Integrated diaphragm-retaining block: increased pressure resistance and high-temperature tolerance suitable for food, beverage and alcohol processing.
- Corrosion-resistant connecting rod: wear-resistant stainless-steel rod for improved durability in aggressive or cleaning environments.
- Electric drive with gearbox: motor-driven reciprocating motion via reduction gearbox for continuous, controlled pumping of liquids.
How it works (brief):
The motor and reduction gearbox drive a reciprocating plunger that moves the diaphragms. Alternating opening and closing of the four one-way ball valves changes the working-chamber volume, producing continuous suction and discharge.
Operation and installation notes:
- Do not install a check valve at the pump outlet unless a safety valve is used; maximum working pressure must not exceed 0.4 MPa.
- Maintain gearbox lubrication per supplier instructions to ensure reliable operation.
- Ambient operating temperature should be below 40°C; motor temperature should not exceed 75°C.
- Confirm chemical compatibility and allowable temperature ranges with pump materials (SS304/SS316/SS316L) before use.
- If pumping media that can crystallise or precipitate, flush and clean the pump after each run to prevent blockages or damage on restart.
Use this sanitary electric diaphragm pump where hygienic construction, gentle handling of shear-sensitive fluids and reliable, repeatable dosing or transfer are required.
