API 5L X52 Steel Equivalent

High-strength carbon steel plate manufactured to API 5L X52 specification for pipeline and pressure-transmission applications. Supplied as hot-rolled plate stock suitable for fabrication into spiral submerged-arc-weld (SSAW) pipe, electric-resistance-welded (ERW) pipe, longitudinal SAW (LSAW) pipe, and other welded pipeline systems. The grade is equivalent to the listed standards and intended for oil, gas and water transmission as well as structural and industrial uses.
