05CuPCrNi Steel Sheets 

A weathering/alloy steel sheet engineered with copper (Cu) and phosphorus (P) additions to improve atmospheric corrosion resistance and provide solid-solution strengthening. Copper promotes formation of a dense copper-enriched oxide layer at the corrosion interface, slowing further attack and extending service life in outdoor and exposed environments.

Key features:

• Typical alloying elements: Cu, P, Cr, Ni (with base elements C, Mn, Si, S); exact chemical composition can be supplied on request.
• Broad dimensional range to suit industrial applications:
  • Thickness: 6 mm to 300 mm
  • Width: 1500 mm to 4050 mm
  • Length: 3000 mm to 15000 mm
• Suitable for structural and exposed applications where improved weathering is required, including buildings, bridges, containers, railway components, architectural cladding and other infrastructure projects.
