IHG Stainless steel inline centrifugal pump

Compact, inline vertical centrifugal transfer pump designed for handling corrosive liquids without solid particles. The pump is built in stainless steel (SUS304 / SUS316 / SUS316L options) and is suitable for continuous service in chemical, petrochemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and synthetic-fiber processes.

• Inline vertical configuration with same-axis inlet and outlet for space-saving pipeline installation. Pump may also be installed horizontally where required.
• Fully stainless-steel wet-end (impeller, casing, shaft) to resist corrosion from acidic and alkaline liquids.
• Closed impeller design for efficient hydraulic performance and reduced leakage paths.
• Mechanical shaft seal as standard for reliable sealing of aggressive liquids.
• Rigid closed coupling between pump and motor to minimize vibration and noise.
• Modular construction: disassemble pump connection nut to access and remove rotor components for quick maintenance.
• Flexible arrangement: pumps can be connected in series or parallel to meet higher head or flow requirements.
• Motor options: standard IEC motors or explosion-proof motors available to match site requirements.
