A vertical, fluoroplastic-lined pipeline pump engineered for handling aggressive and corrosive liquids. Wet-end components and wetted parts are formed from high-temperature molded PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), delivering chemical resistance superior to conventional metal-lined designs and extending service life in demanding process environments.

  • Compact vertical footprint: Vertical pipeline arrangement with matching inlet and outlet diameters — no need for pipe-diameter transitions. Multiple units can be connected in series to increase head while saving floor space.
  • Wide operating temperature range: Suitable for process temperatures from -20°C to 150°C.
  • Robust shaft and sealing arrangement: Impeller and shaft at the mechanical-seal area are an integrated assembly; torque is transmitted to the motor via a taper fit. The shaft seal uses a WB2 external corrugated-pipe mechanical seal for reliable leakage control in corrosive services.
  • Motor configuration: Supplied with a specially designed hollow motor shaft — vertical V1 type hollow-shaft outdoor motor, running at 2,900 rpm.
