GF fluoroplastic pipeline pump, the overcurrent components are made of high-temperature molded polytetrafluoroethylene, which has better corrosion resistance than metal materials.
The impeller is directly connected to the motor, reducing the bearing box and coupling, thereby reducing mechanical energy loss and achieving advantages such as high efficiency and low noise.
Features: Vertical structure of fluorine lined pipeline pump, with the same inlet and outlet, no need for diameter change, multiple units can be connected in series, saving space and transporting corrosive liquids.
Application: Pumps are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, flue gas desulfurization, dust removal, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers to transport corrosive liquids.
They are suitable for temperatures ranging from -20 to 150 degrees Celsius.
Remarks
1 - The pump adopts a short bracket direct connection structure(close couple), and the impeller shaft and motor shaft are locked with threaded pull rod.
2 - The impeller and shaft at mechanical seal are integrated structures, which transmit torque to the motor shaft using a Mohs taper.
3 - The shaft seal adopts WB2 external corrugated pipe mechanical seal.
4 - The main shaft of the supporting motor is a specially designed hollow shaft, and the motor form is a vertical V1 type hollow shaft outdoor motor
5 - All pumps in this series are equipped with the motors at the speed of 2900rpm
