DIN 17175 St35.8 Seamless Steel Pipes

Seamless carbon and alloy steel tubes manufactured to DIN 17175 for high‑temperature, high‑pressure service. These seamless pipes are engineered for use in boilers, heat exchangers, headers, pressure vessels and process pipelines operating at temperatures up to 600 °C and under elevated pressures.

Key features

• Conformity: manufactured to DIN 17175 (heat‑resistant steels for boiler and pressure applications).
• Steel grades available: St35.8, 15Mo3, 13CrMo44 (other DIN‑specified grades may be supplied on request).
• Construction: seamless tubular form for improved strength, fatigue and creep resistance in high‑temperature service.
• Heat treatment / delivery conditions: supplied fully heat treated along the entire length. Typical heat treatment options include normalizing, subcritical annealing, hardening and tempering (continuous cooling), and isothermal hardening and tempering — applied according to the steel grade and application requirements.
• Surface protection: oiled or black‑painted to prevent rust during storage and transport.
• Identification & marking: supplied per customer specification (material grade, heat number, heat treatment and other required traceability marks can be applied).
• Sizes: available in a range of diameters and wall thicknesses; wall thicknesses supplied up to 28 mm (confirm required OD/T on enquiry).
• Testing & documentation: chemical and mechanical testing and inspection as required by DIN 17175 and customer specifications (material certificates, heat treatment records and dimensional inspection reports available on request).
