CWF MARINE HORIZONTAL CRUSHING CENTRIFUGAL SEWAGE PUMP

Heavy-duty horizontal centrifugal sewage pump with an integrated macerating (crushing) impeller designed for continuous handling of sewage, slurries and low-temperature heavy oil up to 85°C. The open impeller includes inlet-cutting blades and a short back-swept balancing blade on the impeller rear face to reduce axial thrust and shred solids during recirculation. After crushing the remaining solids, particle diameter is reduced to no more than 5 mm, minimizing clogging and improving throughput.
