Description of activity
Distillery located in the center of a small town in the Community of Madrid. In a privileged environment, located at 1,045 meters of altitude, in the protection zone of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park.
The distillery, owned by the family business Huerta Jalón, was launched with the aim of manufacturing a classic product of the highest quality, with traditional methods and in an environment that transmits the values related to artisanal production. It is therefore dedicated to the production of quality gins.
Our company is based on its particular family tradition since the maternal great-grandfather of the family already distilled spirits in copper alquitara around 1920.
In a literal sense, we like to talk about the distillation of gin with the materials of our mountains, such as botanicals and water; and that the distilled product has the ability to symbolize our customs, the way we relate and share moments. In short, distillation, our environment and tradition symbolize the "distillation of our way of life".
