Chenfan Electric manufactures custom transformer cores and step-lap laminations from grain-oriented electrical steel (CRGO/GOES), and supplies processed CRGO slit coils and original electrical steel coils for transformer manufacturers. Production follows customer-approved drawings and agreed material specifications. Manufacturing controls cover cut dimensions, burrs, joint alignment, stacking sequence and core geometry. Material grade, thickness, dimensions, inspection basis, packaging and delivery schedule are confirmed for each project. Oil-immersed and dry-type transformers can be sourced through qualified manufacturing partners according to the agreed project scope.
