- Improve and develop our staff in competencies, depending on the area in which you are carrying out the activities in the company.
- Monitor, audit and control that the conditions of all technological equipment and tools, comply and are in mechanical technical compliance standards, through the correct planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance thereof.
- Establish and maintain procedures, records, and programs for carrying out activities identified in our operations and communicating such procedures to our collaborators.
