Vertical mud slurry sludge pump

Single-stage, single-suction vertical submersible slurry/mud pump designed for continuous immersion in wastewater, sludge and high-solid-content liquids. Its compact vertical layout drops the pump casing below the liquid surface while the motor and upper bracket remain above, allowing simple installation in sumps, ponds, mine pits and sewer pits.

Key features

• Construction: volute casing, pump base, supporting cylinder, upper motor bracket and electric motor. Pump casing is intended to be submerged to handle abrasive and solid-laden fluids.
• Impeller: 3-blade, semi-open design cast from malleable iron for improved strength, corrosion resistance and ease of machining.
• Shaft and sealing: pump shaft made from high-quality carbon steel to reduce weight; includes a shaft sleeve and four oil seals to protect the shaft and extend service life.
• Submersion depth: suitable for continuous submerged operation from approximately 1 m up to 5 m (common offered depths include 1.2 m, 1.8 m and 3.0 m).
