Robust, corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump engineered for handling clear liquids, corrosive chemicals and slurries containing fine solids. Flow-contacting components are made from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) for outstanding chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and impact strength, with optional PVDF (F46) or metallic impellers and wet-end components where higher temperature or chemical compatibility is required.

- Construction: Horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal design for reliable continuous service.
- Wet-end materials: Standard UHMWPE (excellent corrosion and wear resistance). Optional PVDF (F46) for higher-temperature or more aggressive chemistries, or duplex/904L/304 stainless steel impellers for specific solids-handling or mechanical strength requirements.
- Impeller options: Open or closed impeller designs to suit clean liquids or slurry service with entrained solids.
- Sealing arrangements: Available with mechanical seal, dynamic (lip) seal or traditional packing seal to match process requirements and maintenance preferences.
- Temperature range: UHMWPE wet-end suitable from -50 °C up to ~100 °C. PVDF (F46) wet-end extends service capability to around 120 °C.
- Drive: Can be coupled to explosion-proof or non-explosion-proof motors depending on site classification.
Chemical compatibility and service
Designed for aggressive chemical handling including acids and alkalis (examples: hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali), electrolytes, mixed acids and similar corrosive media. Also suitable for slurry transfer, sewage and process streams containing suspended solids and abrasive particles when fitted with appropriate impeller and material choices.
