Horizontal multistage centrifugal pump designed for industrial and municipal fluid transfer where reliable, efficient high-pressure delivery is required. Built with multistage hydraulics for high head and steady flow, these pumps offer low noise, long service life and easy installation and maintenance. Materials, sealing arrangements and optional cooling can be selected to handle a range of liquids including hot water, boiler feed, oils and (with appropriate materials) corrosive media.
Key features
- Horizontal, multistage centrifugal design for high head and stable operation
- High efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic profiles
- Low noise, robust construction and long operational life
- Modular options for materials, seals and cooling to suit different liquids
- Compact layout for straightforward installation and servicing
- Maximum allowable inlet pressure: 0.6 MPa
Available series and typical service limits
- D series: For clean water and water-like liquids without solids; maximum liquid temperature up to 80 °C. Common in municipal water projects and mining.
- DG series: Designed for clean hot water and boiler feed applications; standard temperature capability up to 105 °C. Variants with corrosion-resistant materials are available for corrosive liquids (temperature ranges depend on material choice and sealing).
- MD series: For neutral mineral water containing up to 1.5% solids by weight and solid particles up to 0.5 mm in diameter; temperature up to 80 °C. Suited to steelworks, mines and industrial water handling.
- DY series: For oil and oil products (no solid grains), viscosity up to 120 cSt; operating temperature range typically −20 °C to 150 °C depending on seal and material selection.
Typical applications
- Boiler feed water and high-temperature circulation
- Municipal and mine water supply
- Industrial process water and circulating systems
- Oil transfer (DY series) and corrosive-liquid handling with suitable construction
Options and ordering notes
- Specify required series (D, DG, MD, DY), desired materials (cast iron, bronze, stainless steel, etc.), mechanical seal type, and any cooling or special-packaging requirements.
- Example model format: DG25-30*7 (modeling indicates specific diameter/head/stage configuration). For full performance curves and dimensional drawings, request the pump curve and technical datasheet for the selected model.
If you require help selecting the correct series and configuration for your application (flow, head, liquid properties, temperature and installation conditions), provide those process parameters to receive recommended models and options.
