Stainless-steel magnetic-drive pump with an integral heating (hollow) jacket designed for safe, leak-free transfer of temperature-sensitive, volatile or hazardous liquids.

Key features

• Jacketed flow path: the pump’s wet end includes a hollow heating jacket that can be supplied with steam, hot water or heat-transfer oil for process heating, or used for circulation and external insulation connection.
• Wide operating temperature range: engineered to handle low and high temperatures (typical application range -80 °C to +350 °C), making it suitable for media with high freezing/crystallization points or vapourization risks.
• Magnetic drive (sealless): hermetic, magnetically coupled design eliminates shaft seals and gland packing, preventing external leakage and reducing maintenance and environmental risk.
• Stainless-steel wetted parts: corrosion-resistant construction for aggressive or valuable liquids.
• Safe for hazardous media: suitable for flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, high-temperature or high-pressure liquids where leak prevention is mandatory.
• Optional dry-run (idling) protection: can be fitted with idle-run protection to prevent damage if the pump runs without liquid.
