The noncontact transfer of torque is actualized by the magnetic force of permanent magnet.
When motor drives outer rotor (outer magnet steel) assembly rotating, inner rotor (inner magnet steel) assembly will rotate synchronously with impeller driven by magnetic line of force through spacer sleeve under the function of magnetic field.
As medium is closed in the actionless spacer sleeve, leak-tight delivery of medium can be effected, making it a new style industrial pump of full seal and no leakage and pollution, any away from the trouble of leakage at shaft seal borne by mechanical drive pump.
The wet parts of the pump are made of full stainless-steel material to perform outstanding corrosion resistance to organic acid, organic compound, alkali, neutral solution and a great many of gases, double helix carbon graphite bearing and hard alloy bearing are provided with good abrasion-resisting property to ensure the service life.
It is an optimal pump for handling corrosive mediums without leakage.
