Magnetic-drive, seal-less centrifugal pump engineered for leak-free transfer of aggressive and corrosive liquids in industrial processes. Torque is transmitted non‑contact via permanent magnets: when the motor turns the outer rotor (external magnet assembly), the inner rotor (internal magnet assembly) rotates synchronously through the spacer sleeve to drive the impeller. The pumped fluid remains fully contained inside the spacer sleeve, creating a hermetically sealed flow path with no dynamic shaft seal and therefore no seal leakage or fugitive emissions.
Key features
- Seal-less magnetic coupling: eliminates mechanical shaft seals and associated leakage risks.
- All-wet-parts stainless steel construction: excellent corrosion resistance to organic acids, organic compounds, alkalis and many neutral solutions and gases.
- Spacer sleeve containment: isolates magnets from the pumped fluid for leak-tight operation.
- Durable bearing system: double-helix carbon graphite bearings plus hard-alloy bearings for improved abrasion resistance and extended service life.
- Compact centrifugal design: efficient liquid handling with reduced maintenance compared with mechanically sealed pumps.
Benefits for business users
- Zero seal leakage reduces product loss, contamination risk and environmental compliance burden.
- Lower maintenance and downtime due to elimination of seal adjustments and replacements.
- Suitable for corrosive chemicals and process fluids in continuous industrial service.
- Simplifies containment requirements in sensitive or hazardous chemical handling applications.
Typical applications
Chemical processing, plating and surface treatment, acids and alkalis handling, specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical production, wastewater treatment, and other processes requiring hermetic, corrosion‑resistant pumping.
Notes
- Material compatibility and pump sizing should be verified against specific process fluids, temperatures and pressures before selection.
- Provide operating conditions (flow, head, viscosity, temperature, specific gravity) to suppliers to confirm model suitability and performance.
