Built for medium- and high-speed hot-gas welding of thermoplastics, this compact, heavy-duty welder delivers up to 60" (1,520 mm) of weld travel per minute using round or triangular welding tips. The unit uses a stainless-steel heating element rated at 900 W and is designed to weld any weldable thermoplastic with a minimum sheet thickness of 1/16" (≈1.6 mm).
