A heavy-duty internal gear pump engineered for dependable, metered transfer of low- to very-high-viscosity liquids across industrial processes. The NYP internal gear design is a positive-displacement rotary pump that delivers smooth, pulse-free flow and reliable pressure handling for demanding fluids such as resins, hot‑melt adhesives, heavy oils, asphalt, and industrial glues.

• Wide viscosity range: suitable for media from approximately 1.0 cSt up to 300,000 cSt.
• Operating temperature window: typical configurations cover 10 °C to 200 °C.
• Positive-displacement internal gear mechanism: the external (driving) gear meshes with the internal rotor inside a fully enclosed casing; a crescent-shaped partition separates suction and discharge to produce continuous flow.
• Robust construction: main components include internal rotor, external rotor, shaft, casing, front cover, seals and bearings. Materials and clearances are selected to match pumped media and service conditions.
• Seal options: packing seals (recommended for high temperature, very high viscosity or highly corrosive media) or mechanical seals for cleaner services.
• Heat-jacket option: pump casing and front cover can be jacketed and steam- or liquid-heated to prevent solidification or crystallization of materials in transit.
• Safety and protection: pumps can be fitted with safety/relief valves and other accessories to protect against overpressure or blockage.
• Drive and set configuration: supplied as a pump set (pump, motor and base plate). Available drive options include belt/pulley drive or direct-coupled shaft drive.
• Rotation and port orientation: standard rotation is clockwise when viewed from the coupling end (motor→pump); standard flow enters the right side and discharges from the top.
