GNWQ submersible sewage pump with cutter

Heavy-duty submersible sewage pump with integrated cutter and vortex impeller, engineered for continuous handling of wastewater containing long fibers and bulky solids. The pump combines a high-chrome alloy cutter with a vortex impeller design to shred and pass fibrous and soft debris while minimising clogging and downtime.

Installation & safety notes

• Install the pump with its inlet at least 25 cm above the pool/tank bottom to reduce risk of accidental intake of heavy solids and to facilitate safe operation.
• Maintain a safe distance from the running pump; the manufacturer recommends personnel and livestock be kept more than 15 m away while the pump is operating.
• Use a control cabinet for remote operation and safer start/stop control when available.

Operation limits & maintenance guidance

• Effective for fibrous and soft solids but avoid heavy hard debris (stones, screws, nails) which can damage the cutter and impeller.
• If the sump or tank contains excessive settled solids or viscous residue, add water or otherwise dilute before restarting to protect the unit and maintain performance.
• Regularly inspect the cutter and motor protection systems; replace worn cutters to preserve cutting performance.
