A vertical, multistage centrifugal pump engineered for clean-water transfer, pressure boosting and circulation in commercial and light industrial systems. Available in two construction variants: CDL with cast-iron inlet/outlet water sections for non-corrosive liquids, and CDLF with stainless-steel inlet/outlet sections for mildly corrosive fluids. The pump is a non-self-priming design with a compact vertical footprint suitable for installations where space is limited.
Key features
- Multistage centrifugal design for high pressure generation with compact dimensions
- Materials: stainless-steel wet end for CDLF; CDL combines stainless internals with cast-iron inlet/outlet water section
- Motor: 50/60 Hz, IP55 enclosure, Class F insulation; available in single-phase and three-phase voltage options (examples include 220–240 V single-phase, 220–240 V 3-phase, 220–440 V 3-phase)
- Liquid temperature range: standard -15 °C to 70 °C; hot-water version up to 120 °C
- Built-in intelligent protector providing dry-run protection, phase-loss detection and overload protection
- Suitable for transferring clean fluids (from potable water to various industrial liquids) across a wide range of flow rates and pressures
- Designed as a cost-effective replacement for CR and CRN model pumps
Typical applications
Pressure boosting for buildings, HVAC circulation, boiler feed, water treatment and other processes requiring reliable high-pressure delivery of clean or mildly corrosive liquids.
Ordering notes
Specify series (CDL or CDLF), required motor power/voltage, desired temperature rating (standard or hot-water), and inlet/outlet connections. For corrosive services choose the CDLF stainless-steel water section variant.
