Industrial and food-grade sugar supplied in standard industry grades: IC 45, IC 100, IC 150 and VHP. These grades cover a range from refined white sugar to raw/very-high-polarisation products used across food manufacturing and industrial processing.

  • Key grade notes

    • IC 45: Low-colour, refined white sugar commonly specified for food, beverage, bakery and confectionery applications. (IC refers to ICUMSA colour rating.)
    • IC 100 / IC 150: Higher ICUMSA colour values for applications where crystalline purity is less critical; frequently used in industrial food processing and bulk manufacturing.
    • VHP (Very High Polarisation): Raw cane sugar grade used in refinery feedstock and large-scale industrial sweetening where high polarization is required.
  • Typical applications

    • Food and beverage manufacturing (soft drinks, confectionery, baked goods)
    • Industrial food processing and ingredient supply
    • Fermentation and bio-processing
    • Refinery feedstock and wholesale resale
  • Quality and compliance

    • Supplied as food-grade sugar; certificates of analysis (COA), quality test reports and regulatory documentation (where required) can be provided on request.
    • Microbiological, physical and chemical test results are normally available for each shipment — request specific certificates for compliance verification.
  • Logistics and packaging

    • Suited to bulk deliveries and bagged shipments for industrial customers. Packaging options and minimum order quantities are confirmed by the supplier.

For a firm quotation, specify the grade (IC 45, IC 100, IC 150 or VHP), required quantity, preferred packaging and destination so the supplier can provide COA, pricing and delivery terms.
